Francine Magaletti, M.D., F.A.A.P.

Francine Magaletti, M.D., F.A.A.P. I have lived in Florida for 16 years and currently reside in Lighthouse Point with my husband of 28 years. We have 1 daughter, 4 sons, and 3 grandchildren. All our children are grown, starting their own careers, some with families of their own. My husband and I have recently become empty nesters and truly treasure this time together sharing our hobbies of golf, fishing, gardening, home renovations, and cooking. We loved raising our children, but now finding ourselves enjoying them all the more as adults, celebrating the wonderful person each of them became. We attend Calvary Chapel of Ft Lauderdale. In 2006 I participated in Calvary's medical relief team that was sent to India after the 2005 Tsunami, and look forward to taking part in more medical mission trips.

I believe Pediatrics is a joyful specialty and I love the opportunity that pediatrics gives me to demystify medicine, calm parental anxiety and empower parents to feel confident in caring for the health needs of their children. Pediatrics is rewarding because the care we give as pediatricians has the potential to influence many generations as well as serve the community at large.
